ICIS
The Central Bank of Cyprus is the regulating authority responsible for the recognition, regulation and supervision of ICIS. It is also the supervisory authority for the managers of the ICIS.
The Fund
The Fund will undertake the development of commercial and residential real estate assets in emerging markets and emerging areas of developed markets and pursue growth opportunities through a limited number of early stage equity investments in established small companies where management is self invested and proof of concept established.
Exclusivity
The Fund will only be available to 100 members.
